Criminal Records
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation maintains criminal records in the state and grants public access to these records through the Tennessee Open Records Information Services (TORIS). To order, fill and submit the Requestor Information Form with personal details including first and last names, street address, phone number, and email. Each request costs $29 and is non-refundable. Credit cards from Visa, Discover, or MasterCard are acceptable means of payment.
